Registration forms must be accompanied by full payment in order to be processed. Please allow 3 days for e-mailed confirmation of your registration. Prepaid Advanced Registration must be electronically submitted, faxed or mailed no later than November 1, 2013. Please use one form per person. Questions? Contact us directly!

Visa Assistance

We can offer you a personal invitation letter in order to process your travelling visa.

The Netherlands is one of the 26 European countries forming the Schengen Area which have no border controls between them. These countries issue a common visa, the Schengen visa. We strongly advise you to check with the nearest Dutch diplomatic or consular office for specific country information on visa requirements.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to: info@cedarevent.com or via fax to: +31(0)70 8910409 or mailed to:Cedar Events, P.O. Box 85856, 2508 CN The Hague (the Netherlands). Cancellations received prior to and including October 1, 2013, will receive a refund less a €50 processing fee. Cancellations received after October 1, 2013 are non-refundable. No show = no refund.
